Performance and story

For years I was blocked, I had trouble writing the story I needed to tell. Then I was at a workshop (2017) and a choreographer asked us to dance or words. I realised that writing is not only a mental process, it is an embodied act. Story, memory and movement happens in connection to each other. And everything I do is encoded with history, emotion and memory. I started to dance the words in my father´s dictionary and I found the word for water. This was the beginning for me in many different ways.

This year 2026 is the year I want to lift the connection between words, image and movement.
