My great grandmother came to me in a dream. She told me that we, in our family, go to the water when it all gets unbearable. Although the water fills our lungs, we do not drown. We mutate, develop organs that can see and breathe in water. When that happens, we choose to remain under the sea. This is why those we lost to the water never return.
